orders and shipping

Once your order is received and paid for we guarantee to ship within 3 business days unless otherwise specified. Large orders may take longer.....if this should be the case we will contact you immediately. We send all packages using USPS flat rate Priority mail which is determined based on order totals. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

We only calculate shipping within the United States and at this time do not ship internationally. However if you do happen to live somewhere over the rainbow, send us an email and we’ll see what we can do.

returns

We do not accept returns unless the merchandise was defective due to a me & mila error *gasp... how embarrassing*. This does not include damage caused from shipping, as we cannot be responsible for the crazy antics of the mailman.

Information collected for order fulfillment and the occasional mailing list is not shared in any way with outside parties.
